"Register To Host"

The Host Application form for Idea Night 2023, September 19, will remain open until three months prior to the event. There are no distance requirements between sites nor is there a minimum attendance number as some rural sites may host a small group. Hosts must have attended at least one Idea Network event in the past.

Check if you have read and understand the host information provided here:*

  1. All Idea Night Hosts must have attended at least one Idea Network event in the past.

  2. Hosts agree to not publish the video content provided by Idea Night on any social media platform.

  3. The Idea Network Team reserves the right to select specific hosts for specific locations.

  4. Hosts agree to display sponsor materials and show intermission video.

  5. I will read and agree to the Host Expectations.
