Josh Teis has a passion for kingdom work and encouraging other ministry leaders. His commitment to a genuine relationship with God allow him to lead the network with humility and authenticity. He originally founded Idea Network in 2014 with just 30 friends who shared his conviction to further the Gospel of the Bible while continuing to progress and innovate in a modern world.
JEREMY RANDS
Vice President of Initiatives
Based in Toledo, Ohio
Jeremy serves as the lead pastor of Monclova Road Baptist Church in Toledo, OH. He has a passion for encouraging ministry leaders and helping them reach their potential for Christ and His Church. His strong desire is to assist the Idea Network in offering guidance so that churches will be started or revitalized so that the Gospel of Jesus Christ can be proclaimed.
KYLIE DULO
Vice President of Operations
Based in Portland, OR
Kylie manages the entire logistical operations and network crew of the Idea Network. Her passion for the Network and her attention to detail fuel her to coordinate each event and program to be better than ever.

Dan Murray
Dan serves as the Associate Pastor of Oasis Baptist Church in Henderson, NV.
His passions are youth ministry and stewarding ministry resources. He also loves to assist other ministries in the areas of finance and administration.
He assists the Idea Network as the Financial Assistant to help manage and account network finances.

Akeem Smith
Akeem is the Lead Pastor of Storyline Church serves as the Director of Resources at Idea Network. He desires to equip the Idea Network churches with resources to fuel the mission and vision of their local churches. Akeem and his wife Jaime are passionate about church planting and they together lead Storyline Church in Oakland California.

Jason Shuler
Jason Shuler is a pastor at Triad Baptist Church in Kernersville, NC which is the town where he grew up. He works primarily with global missions, connect groups, and young families. Jason has been preaching since he was fifteen and continues to travel and speak as his schedule will allow. He is currently pursuing an MA in Clinical Mental
Health Counseling at Liberty University. He and his wife, Desiree, have three children: Ethan, Zoe, and Sofia.

In his local church near Baltimore, Maryland, Corey serves as an associate pastor. In the Idea Network, his role is Engagement Director, and he desires to help ministry leaders connect and encourage one another.
